Production process

.Raw material preparation:
Select the appropriate steel (e.g. hot rolled or cold rolled strip), cut and prepare according to product specifications.
.Molding:
The steel strip is passed through a forming machine to be cold bent to form the preliminary shape of the square tube. During the forming process, the edges of the steel strip overlap.
.Welding:
Use high frequency welding or other welding methods to weld the overlapping edges together to form a complete square tube. After welding, cooling treatment is required.
.Cutting:
Cut the welded square tubes to the length required by the customer.
.Surface treatment:
Clean the square tube to remove surface oxides and impurities to ensure the adhesion of the galvanized layer.
Hot dip galvanizing or cold dip galvanizing. Hot dip galvanizing is done by immersing the square tube in molten zinc, while cold dip galvanizing is done by electroplating.
.Inspection:
Carry out quality inspection on galvanized square tubes, including appearance, size, welding quality and galvanized layer thickness, to ensure compliance with relevant standards.
