    Production process

    1.Raw materials preparation
    Steel Coil Purchasing: Choose hot-rolled or cold-rolled steel coils that meet the standards as raw materials.
    Inspection: Quality inspection of steel coils to ensure that their chemical composition and physical properties meet the requirements.
    2.Cutting and forming
    Shearing: Cut the steel coil into steel strips of required width.
    Forming: The steel strip is curled into a spiral shape by a forming machine to form the preliminary shape of the pipe.
    3.Welding
    Welding preparation: Edge processing of the formed steel strip to ensure welding quality.
    Spiral welding: Welding is done using automatic welding equipment, usually using welding processes such as submerged arc welding or gas shielded welding.
    4.Cooling and Inspection
    Cooling: After welding, the pipe needs to be cooled naturally or with water to reduce welding stress.
    Inspection: Perform non-destructive testing (such as ultrasonic testing, X-ray testing, etc.) on welded joints to ensure welding quality.
    5.Surface treatment
    Oxide removal: Remove oxides and impurities on the pipe surface by sand blasting, shot blasting, etc.
    Anti-corrosion treatment: Hot-dip galvanizing, spraying or other anti-corrosion treatments as required.
    6.Finished product inspection and packaging
    Dimensional inspection: Inspect the finished product for dimensions such as outer diameter and wall thickness.
    Performance Testing: Conduct stress testing and other performance tests to ensure that the product meets the standards.
    Packaging: Qualified spiral welded pipes are marked and packaged, ready for shipment.
    7.Shipping
