    Production process

    .Raw material preparation:
    Select appropriate alloy steel billet, usually round or square steel, and ensure its chemical composition and physical properties meet the requirements.
    .Heating:
    Heating the billet to an appropriate temperature to improve its plasticity for the subsequent rolling process.
    .Cold rolling:
    The heated billet is cold rolled through a cold rolling mill, gradually reducing its diameter and increasing its length. During the cold rolling process, the material is deformed at room temperature, which can increase its strength and hardness.
    .Annealing treatment:
    After cold rolling, the pipe may have internal stress and high hardness, so annealing is required to eliminate internal stress and improve the plasticity and toughness of the pipe.
