    Production process

    Round steel preparation: Select stainless steel 321 round steel that meets the chemical composition and quality requirements as raw materials, and inspect them to ensure that their purity, hardness and other indicators meet the production standards to ensure the quality of subsequent products.
    Heating: Heat the round steel billet to a suitable temperature range, generally around 1000℃-1200℃, so that the round steel billet reaches a thermoplastic state, which is convenient for subsequent processing operations such as perforation. This process requires strict control of the heating temperature and time to prevent defects such as overheating or overburning.
    Piercing: Common perforation methods include oblique rolling perforation and extrusion perforation. Oblique rolling perforation uses the rotation and extrusion of the roller to form a hole in the center of the round steel billet; extrusion perforation uses the extrusion rod to extrude the billet from the die to form a rough tube. The outer diameter and wall thickness of the raw tube after perforation will be controlled according to the subsequent processing requirements.
    Head cutting: Cut off the irregular parts at both ends of the raw tube after perforation to make the two ends of the raw tube flat, which is convenient for subsequent processing and treatment.
    Pickling: Use acid to pickle the raw tube to remove impurities such as oxide scale and rust on the surface, so that the surface of the steel pipe is clean, providing a good foundation for subsequent processing and treatment. After pickling, the steel pipe needs to be fully cleaned and neutralized to prevent the acid residue from corroding the steel pipe.
    Grinding: Grind the steel pipe after pickling to remove surface defects such as blemishes and scratches to improve the surface quality of the steel pipe.
    Lubrication: Apply lubricant to the surface of the steel pipe to reduce friction during cold rolling or cold drawing, reduce mold wear, and improve the surface quality and dimensional accuracy of the steel pipe.
    Cold rolling (drawing) processing: According to the size and accuracy requirements of the product, choose cold rolling or cold drawing process to process the steel pipe. Cold rolling is to reduce the outer diameter and wall thickness of the steel pipe by rolling with rollers; cold drawing is to draw the steel pipe through a tube drawing die to make it gradually thinner and longer. After multiple cold rolling or cold drawing, the required dimensional accuracy and surface quality can be obtained.
    Degreasing: remove impurities such as grease and lubricants on the surface of the steel pipe to ensure the effect of subsequent heat treatment and surface treatment.
    Solution heat treatment: heat the steel pipe to a temperature above the austenite carbon saturation curve to fully dissolve the carbide into the solid solution, and then cool it quickly to fix the high-temperature structure at room temperature to obtain a supersaturated solid solution of carbon. Solution heat treatment can eliminate the processing stress of steel pipes, improve the microstructure and properties, and improve the corrosion resistance and mechanical properties of steel pipes.
    Straightening: Use a straightening machine to straighten the heat-treated steel pipes so that their straightness meets the product standard requirements and improves the appearance quality and dimensional accuracy of the steel pipes.
    Tube cutting: Cut the straightened steel pipes into the required length according to customer requirements.
    Finished product inspection: Conduct a comprehensive inspection of the produced stainless steel 321 seamless steel pipes, including dimensional accuracy, surface quality, chemical composition, mechanical properties, corrosion resistance and other aspects. Common inspection methods include caliper measurement, ultrasonic flaw detection, metallographic analysis, hardness test, tensile test, corrosion test, etc., to ensure that product quality meets relevant standards and customer requirements.
    Packaging: Packaging of qualified steel pipes is usually carried out by bundling, wrapping with packaging tape, and wooden box packaging to prevent the steel pipes from being damaged during transportation and storage.
