    Production process

    Raw material preparation:
    Select appropriate alloy elements, mainly nickel, chromium, molybdenum and titanium, to ensure that they meet the chemical composition standards of 316Ti.
    Smelting:
    The raw materials are melted in an electric arc furnace or induction furnace to form liquid metal. The temperature and composition need to be controlled during the melting process to ensure the homogeneity of the alloy.
    Casting:
    The molten metal is poured into a mold and cooled to form an ingot. The size and shape of the ingot are designed according to the subsequent processing requirements.
    Hot rolled or cold rolled:
    The ingot is heated to the appropriate temperature and then hot rolled, or cold rolled at room temperature to form the desired tube thickness and diameter. Hot rolling is usually used for large diameter tubes, while cold rolling is used for small diameter tubes.
    Heat treatment:
    Heat treatment is performed on the rolled stainless steel pipe to eliminate internal stress and improve its mechanical properties. Common heat treatment methods include annealing.
    Pickling and passivation:
    Remove surface oxides and impurities by pickling, followed by passivation to improve corrosion resistance.
    Cutting and forming:
    According to customer needs, stainless steel pipes are cut into required lengths and subjected to necessary forming treatments.
    Inspection and testing:
    Carry out quality inspection on the produced 316Ti stainless steel pipes, including chemical composition analysis, mechanical property testing, non-destructive testing, etc., to ensure that they meet the relevant standards.
    Packaging and Shipping:
    After cleaning and packaging, qualified 316Ti stainless steel pipes are ready to be shipped to customers.
